** Submit one Form for each vehicle needs a parking label - either complimentary or on payment as per entitlement. Please refer the guidelines on back side and see Terms and Conditions Document for details.

Guidelines for filling up Application form for Car Parking Badges (IITF-F03)
* Exhibitor name should be the same as given in the application form for domestic participation and Exhibitor-Applicant Unique ID should be the same as given by ITPO to each applicant at the time of submission of application. Submit the details such as Hall No., Stall No. and Area allotted by ITPO.
** Please note that the details about the entitlement of parking stickers is given in the Terms and Conditions. Separate forms have to be submitted for each parking sticker.
*** Copy of the Vehicle Registration certification is compulsory and without this no car parking sticker will be issued.
1. The exhibitors who have allotted 100 sq. mtrs. or above are eligible for one car parking and they can buy one additional at the cost of Rs.1000. Please note that this sticker is for owner driven cars only and showing Exhibitor Badge at the gate is mandatory.
2. Participants who have paid in full and the possession of the stall is granted are only be issued the parking stickers and this is only to facilitate to bring in the exhibits. Any misuse or illegal use of the sticker/parking will be punishable and seizure of the stickers.
