A network of five touchscreen computer kiosks are being installed at Aahar 2010 and designated locations in the halls (venue) for providing the visitor an array of information on the fair, participants, their respective product profiles and locations, special attractions etc.

The touchscreen kiosks therefore offer an ideal opportunity to participating firms to advertise and reach out their message to their target audience.

Banner advertisement in the form of scroller type text with or without animation are solicited from participants for the bottom of the home page of the touchscreen kiosk network. The message of each advertiser will be scrolled for a duration of five seconds on all the touchscreens of the network and would continue to reappear after intervals of approximately one minute throughout the fair hours.

Those participants desirous of availing this advertising option may please furnish their advertisement matter covering text with or without animation as a single image in a CD on a JPG format as per the following specifications:

The cost of releasing one advertisement as per the above specifications will be conveyed to the interested participants.

The advertisement matter as specified above in single image covering text and animation , if any, may be forwarded of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi to Shri P.L.Sharma, Manager (FIID), ITPO in Room no. 3, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan latest by 6.30 pm on 9th March 2008. In view of the provision for carrying only a limited number of advertisements on the touchscreen kiosks, the advertisements will be accepted only on first-come-first – served basis.

Please note that no advertisements against public policy will be displayed on the kiosks and are liable for summary rejection.
