INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM

1. FOR All CATEGORIES THE applications are to be submitted by ONLINE ONLY. NO OFFLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ITPO.
2. Choose the right Application form among the DOMESTIC, GOVERNMENT AND FOREIGN participants. All private individual participants may submit the Application for Domestic participants and the Ministries / Government Departments may submit the Application for Government participation and the Overseas companies including Indian agents should submit the application meant for Foreign participants.
3. In case of Foreign participation, the remittance should come through proper banking channels from the parent country and the payment cannot be made in Indian currencies.
4. Products specific halls are available, so choose the right hall to suit your products for display.
5. Keep your booking amount remittance details while filling the Application and you will have to enter the details in the online application form.
   The advance payment required for booking the space are as follows: -
   

   1.Less than 50 sq. mts.	Rs. 50,000.00
   2. 50 to 150 sq. mtrs.	Rs. 1,00,000.00
   3. 150 to 500 sq. mtrs.	Rs. 3,00,000.00
   4. More than 500 sq. mtrs.	Rs. 5,00,000.00

6. Try to fill all the columns since it will give higher credit while processing your application to give you an advantage over the others.
7. On submission a PDF version of your application will appear and the printout amy be taken. THE COPY OF PRINTOUT ALONG WITH THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SENT TO ITPO FOR VALIDATION, WITHOUT THAT YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
8. The details shown for Turnover of the company should be validated by the CA certified copy. Past participation details and the nature of the company such as Exporter / Manufacturer / Trader should accompany the document proofs.
9. On successful submission the participant will be allotted an UNIQUE EXHIBITOR ID NUMBER, which has to be quoted during all correspondences with ITPO.
10. You will also receive an email alert on successful submission of application form, so please provide the right email address without any spelling mistakes.
11. Application for booking of space less than 80 sqm will be processed by computer and the allotment will be made as per the options exercised in the application form. The allotment list will be published in the website as per the schedule with an email alert.
12. Application for booking space of 80sqm or more, it will be processed by computer and the allotment will be considered by the committee based on the criterias and the options exercised by the company with ITPO personnels.
